Refund Policy

Refund policy effective August 4th 2026. Because our products are made to order, we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. Shipping costs aren't refundable and refunds go back to your original payment method. Send all refund requests to your support email, and we'll take care of it.
